摘要
阐述了光学相干断层成像技术的基本光学原理,结合系统结构框图介绍了仪器成像机理。与血管内超声等技术手段相比,OCT具有抑制散射光、分辨高、灵敏度好等特点,因此在冠心病诊疗中具有重要的应用价值。
This paper elaborates the basic optical principle of optical coherence tomography techniques,and introduces the apparatus's imagery tenet with the use of system composition.OCT has a very high resolution when compared to the intravascular ultrasound techniques,so OCT has an important application value.
