摘要
目的观察当归挥发油对兔离体胸主动脉平滑肌的作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法制作兔离体胸主动脉平滑肌螺旋条,采用BL-420F生物信号采集系统观察当归挥发油对正常胸主动脉平滑肌及对去甲肾上腺素(NE)和氯化钾(KCl)预收缩的胸主动脉平滑肌张力的影响。结果当归挥发油对兔离体正常胸主动脉平滑肌具有显著的舒张作用,对1μmol/L NE和60 mmol/L KCl引起的主动脉平滑肌收缩有显著的拮抗作用。结论当归挥发油能抑制主动脉平滑肌收缩,其机制可能与阻断α受体及抑制电压依赖性钙通道有关。
Objective To observe the effects of Angelica naphtha on isolated thoracic aorta smooth muscle in rabbit,and discuss its mechanism of action.Methods The spiral strip of isolated thoracic aorta smooth muscle in rabbit was made.The effects of Angelica naphtha on normal thoracic aorta smooth muscle and the tension of thoracic aorta smooth muscle of pre contraction induced by norepinephrine(NE) and KCl were observed by BL-420F collection system of biological signal.Results Angelica naphtha had obvious diastolic effect on normal isolated thoracic aorta smooth muscle in rabbit,and had obvious antagonistic effect on thoracic aorta smooth muscle of contraction induced by NE(1 μmol/L) and KCl(60 mmol/L).Conclusion Angelica naphtha can inhibit the contraction of thoracic aorta smooth muscle.The mechanism may be associated with blockade of alpha receptors and inhibition of voltage-gated calcium channels.
