摘要
目的建立侧凸胸椎(T8-10)三维有限元模型,以期应用于临床实验研究。方法根据青少年女性特发性胸段脊柱侧凸CT与CT重建片,采用计算机处理技术,输入相关的材料特性,构建T8-10三维有限元模型。模型包括胸T8-10的3个椎体、T8-10的2个椎间盘以及小关节和后部结构。结果成功建立了青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者的胸段脊柱三维有限元模型并用于力学分析。结论所建立的胸椎两节段有限元模型可以模拟胸椎生物力学实验。
Objective To establish a thoracic scoliosis(T8-10) 3-D finite element model,it can be applied to clinical trials with a view to study.Methods According to young female thoracic idiopathic scoliosis CT and CT films,used computer processing technology,inputted relevant material properties,constructed of T8-10 3-D finite element model.The model includes three vertebrae of thoracic T8-10,two discs(T8-10)and the rear facet and structure.Results Successfully established to 3-D finite element model of thoracic spine of juvenile idiopathic scoliosis patients and used for mechanical analysis.Conclusion The finite element model can simulate experiments of thoracic biomechanics.
