通过引入模糊综合评价方法,建立评价指标体系,对电信企业节能减排绩效进行评价。
This paper puts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into use, and sets up evaluation＇ s index system, with the purpose of evaluating performance evaluation of telecom energy - saving and emission reduction.
