摘要
在对区域创新系统和知识共享相关概念进行界定的基础上,分析区域创新系统内主体间知识共享效率的内容,然后从知识共享的角度出发,构建区域创新系统知识共享运行效率评价的指标体系,并采用模糊积分评价法行进综合评定。旨在通过探讨区域创新系统知识共享运行效率评价模型的构建问题来为判定区域创新系统知识共享能力的高低程度提供一种分析问题的思路。
On the basis of some definitions related to regional innovation system and knowledge - sharing, this paper analyses the content of knowledge - sharing operating efficiency of regional innovation system. After that, it uses fuzzy integral evaluation method to construct an evaluation model of knowledge - sharing operating efficiency for regional innovation system. The ultimate aim of this paper is to provide a method to evaluate knowledge - sharing capability of regional innovation system. Using the result of the evaluation, the regional government or related agencies will know the knowledge - sharing capacity, and they will also know the level of science innovation and technology innovation.
