摘要
调整和优化产业结构,构建现代产业体系是湛江转变经济发展方式、实现社会经济跨越式发展的基本要求。构建湛江现代产业体系与转变湛江经济发展方式,必须从湛江的现实情况出发,抓住新科技革命和大项目建设带来的重大机遇,以钢铁、石化产业为龙头,大力发展循环经济;以发展战略性新兴产业为重点,大力发展低碳经济;以发展现代农业为依托,大力发展绿色经济;以建设区域性中心城市为目标,大力发展现代服务业。
To adjust and optimize the industrial structure, establishing modern industrial system is the basic requirement for Zhanjiang to transform the mode of economic development and to realize social economic great - leap - forward development. To establish modern industrial system of Zhanjiang and transform its mode of economic development, we must proceed from the reality of Zhanjiang, seize the significant opportunity which is brought by new technology revolution and big project construction, put steel as well as petrochemical industry as the flagship; develop circular economy vigorously; develop strategic emerging industry as the key point; develop low carbon economy; develop the green economy vigornssly by the devehopment of modern agricalturei ; construct regional central city as the aim and develop modern service industry vigorously.
