摘要
运用协整理论和Granger因果检验方法,分别对1991-2009年间辽宁省科技人员、中文期刊科技论文数与R&D费用比率、专利申请受理量与R&D费用比率与辽宁省经济增长之间的因果及定量关系进行研究,阐明经济增长和科技创新及转化效率之间的作用关系。实证结果显示创新转化效率与经济增长之间虽然不具备长期稳定的均衡关系,但却是经济增长的Granger成因,对经济增长具有显著的正向推动作用。
By coin - integration theory and Granger causality test method, the paper studies respectively the causal and quantitative relationship in Liaoning province from 1991 to 2009 between technical personnel, the quantity of Chinese journal of scientific papers and expense ratio of research ＆ development, the quantity of accepted patent application and expense ratio of research and development with the economic growth of Liaoning province. It illuminates the function relation between the economic growth and technological innovation and efficiency of conversion. The result shows that the innovation efficiency of conversion, though not equipped with long - term stable equilibrium relation with economic growth, is the Granger causes of economic growth, having significant positive role to economic growth.
