摘要 依据实施企业的参与程度和外部企业的参与数量,将ERP项目实施合作模式划分为自主开发与实施模式、软件外购与自主实施模式等6种基本合作模式,探讨不同合作模式的基本特征。分析ERP项目实施合作模式选择的影响因素,建立合作模式选择的指标体系,进一步运用模糊熵权理想点法构建ERP项目实施合作模式选择模型。为ERP实施企业选择适合自身特点的合作模式提供依据。 Firstly, the paper divided the cooperation mode of ERP project implementation into 6 basic types according to the enterprise's participation degree and the number of other enterprises. They were independent development and imple- mentation mode and software outsourcing and independent implementation mode and so on, and it discussed the basic feature of different cooperation modes. Then, the paper analyzed the impact factors of the selection of ERP project implementation cooperation mode in detail and established the cooperation mode selection index system. Finally it also established the cooperation mode selection model of ERP project implementation by using the fuzzy entropy value ideal point which can provide reference for the enterprise to choose the suitable cooperation mode of ERP project implementation.
