富含γ-氨基丁酸降压功能茶的研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress in Functional Tea Enriched with Gamma Aminobutyric Acid for Decreasing Blood Pressure

摘要 为了研究和开发富含γ-氨基丁酸(Gamma Aminobutyric Acid,GABA)的功能茶,为开展GABA的基础研究和深度开发提供理论参考,对近年来茶叶中GABA的富集原理与技术、提取分离技术和检测方法等方面的研究进行了综述,并对其研究和开发前景进行了展望。 Recent research advances in distribution and enrichment of GABA in tea,enrichment principle and enrichment technology and extraction techniques and detection methods were reviewed.Besides,it's research and development prospects were discussed in this paper.The results of this paper could provide a theoretical reference for the basic research and the depth development of GABA in tea.
