摘要
研究了硫酸钛[Ti(SO4)2]催化α-蒎烯(1)合成龙脑的反应。最佳反应条件为:Ti(SO4)2于400℃焙烧2h,n(1)∶n(草酸)=1.0∶0.4,w[Ti(SO4)2]=10%,依次于65℃反应1 h,75℃反应4 h,90℃反应1 h。在最佳反应条件下,产率53.98%,含量50.97%。
The reaction of borneol from α-pinene(1) catalyzed by titanium sulfate[Ti(SO4)2] were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as followed: Ti(SO4)2 was calcined at 400 ℃ for 2 h,n(1) ∶ n(oxalic acid) was 1.0 ∶ 0.4,w[Ti(SO4)2] was 10%,the reaction was carried at 65 ℃ for 1 h,at 75 ℃ for 4 h and at 90 ℃ for 1 h in turn.The yield was 53.98% with content of 50.97% under the optimum.
