结直肠癌肝转移的综合治疗

摘要 作为结直肠癌的一种特定形式，结直肠癌肝转移已被认为是潜在可治愈的疾病。近年来，随着规范化多学科团队诊疗模式的应用、外科技术的发展、新的化疗药物（尤其是小分子靶向药物）的涌现和非手术治疗方法的进步（肝动脉灌注化疗和射频消融治疗），可获治愈性肝转移灶切除的病人比例逐渐增高。本文将就结直肠癌肝转移综合治疗领域的相关热点进行阐述。
