摘要
借助Aspen Plus,对异丁醇-水体系萃取精馏过程所用的溶剂1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、甘油、乙二醇等进行了模拟计算,确定分离能力大小的顺序为:1,4-丁二醇>甘油>乙二醇>1,2-丙二醇>1,3-丙二醇>1,3-丁二醇。在此基础上,以1,4-丁二醇为萃取剂,对该体系的萃取精馏过程进行了模拟计算,确定了萃取精馏过程的最佳工艺操作条件,并在此条件下获得质量浓度高达99.75%的异丁醇产品。为异丁醇-水萃取精馏分离工艺工业化提供了理论依据和设计参考。
With Aspen Plus software, extraction solvents, 1,4-butanediol, 1,3-butanediol, 1,2-propanediol, 1,3- propanediol, glycerol and ethylene-clycol, were investigated for the process of extractive distillation of isobutanol- water system. The ability of separation is: 1,4-butanediol〉Glycerol〉 ethylene glycol〉1,2-propanediol〉1,3- propanediol〉1,3-butanediol, and 1,4-butanediol is the best extraction solvent. On this basis, with 1,4-butanediol for extraction solvent of the system, simulation and optimizatiom were carried out for the process of extractive distillation to determine the optimum operation Conditions, under which the concentration of the isobutanol product was up to 99.75%. These works will provide a theory basis and design reference for the industrialization of the extractive distillation separation of isobutanol- water system.
