高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的相关性研究

Correlation study on Hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome

目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)与高尿酸血症(HUA)的相关性,为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考。方法抽取2010年2月至2011年2月来我院体检的750例健康体检者,对高尿酸血症与血脂、血压、血糖(即高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、收缩压增高、舒张压增高、肥胖、高血糖、低HDL-C、代谢综合征共计八项具体指标)的异常率进行统计,进行血尿酸(SUA)与MS指标的相关性分析。结果高尿酸血症组IFG、高TC、高TG(血脂紊乱)、高血压病的发生率均高于正常尿酸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较,MS组中高尿酸血症患病率显著高于非代谢综合征组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平与血脂、血压、血糖等多因素具有相关性,提示高尿酸血症可能是代谢综合征发病的危险因素之一,二者关系密切。临床上治疗应以预防为主,从饮食、精神、锻炼等方面进行积极有效地防控。

Objective To investigate the correlation between hyperuricemia（HUA） and metabolic syndrome（MS）,and to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment.Methods 750 healthy subjects who come to our hospital for physical examination in February 2010 to February 2011 were detected for serum uric acid,serum lipids,blood pressure,blood sugar,ie,hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,obesity,high blood sugar,low HDL-C,and metabolic syndrome.The correlation between blood uric acid（SUA） and metabolic syndrome（MS） were analyzed.Results In the subjects with high serum uric acid,the IFG,high TC and high dyslipidemia（TG） and the incidence of hypertension are significantly higher than that in subjects with normal uric acid（P〈0.05）.In the subjects with MS,the prevalence of hyperuricemia was significantly higher than that without MS（P〈0.01）.Conclusion In patients with Hyperuricemia,the level of serum uric acid is related to the levels of serum lipids,blood pressure,blood sugar,suggesting that hyperuricemia might be one of the risk factors for MS.In clinical practice,we should emphasize the prevention of the MS,and control the disease from the aspects of diet,spirit,and exercise.
