规模化奶牛场典型日粮磷利用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究北方大城市郊区规模牛场奶牛磷的利用现状及其排泄规律。选取2个规模化牛场实施饲养试验,每牛场按泌乳前期、中期和后期选取荷斯坦奶牛各3头,共6组18头奶牛参与试验。试验牛只饲喂牛场自配TMR日粮,预试10 d后开始3 d的正试期。正试期采集饲料样、奶样、血样,并全收粪尿。结果表明:试验牛磷的摄入和利用状况受牛场条件和泌乳期的影响,磷的平均饲喂水平(0.34%)和排泄水平(51.5 g/d)没有偏高,粪中磷排泄明显高于尿磷的排泄。相对于磷的饲喂水平,本研究得出的磷表观消化率(30.6%)相对偏低。所有试验奶牛血浆磷含量都在正常范围之内(4~6 mg/dL)。
