响应面法优化钡盐转化法重铬酸钠的制备工艺 被引量:8

摘要 应用响应面法对通过钡盐转化法制备重铬酸钠的工艺进行了优化,在单因素试验基础上,选定反应温度、反应时间和液固比为影响因子,以铬酸钡的转化率为响应值,采用Design-Expert软件设计三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,由此得到最优工艺参数为:反应温度80℃、反应时间400 min、液固比9∶1(体积质量比mL/g)。在此条件下进行试验,得到铬酸钡的转化率实际值是95%,与预测值非常接近,响应面法可有效用于钡盐转化法制备重铬酸钠工艺的优化。 Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the preparation process of sodium dichromate with barium salt as conversion intermediates.Based on single factor experiments,Design-Expert was used to design the experiments with 3 factors,including reaction temperature,reaction time and liquid to solid ratio,and 3 parameter levels.The best process parameters were determined as the reaction temperature of 80 ℃,the reaction time of 400 min,and the ratio of liquid to solid of 9∶1 in mL/g.Under this optimized condition,the conversion rate was 95%,very close to the predicted value,indicating that the response surface methodology was effective for process optimization.
