摘要 葡萄糖二酸是含有多羟基的二元酸,广泛来源于葡萄糖基物质,可用于可降解聚合物、药物和食品等产品的制备。本文介绍了硝酸氧化、TEMPO氧化等化学法和生物法制备葡萄糖二酸的原理和方法,并综述了其在抗癌及显像剂药物、聚合物等方面的应用。 D-glucaric acid is a dicarboxylic acid containing polyhydroxy.It can be obtained from many glucose-based substances and be used to prepare products of biodegradable polymers,pharmaceuticals and food.In this review,we try to describe the principles and preparation methods of D-glucaric acid in both chemical(nitric acid oxidation and TEMPO oxidation)and biological fields,and review its applications in both pharmaceuticals(anticancer drugs and imaging agents)and polymers.
