月桂基咪唑啉与2-氨基噻唑对碳钢的协同缓蚀作用 被引量:6

Synergism Corrosion Inhibition Effect of Lauryl Imidazoline and 2-Aminothiazole on Carbon Steel

摘要 采用失重法研究了1-(2-氨乙基)-2-月桂基-咪唑啉缓蚀剂(IM-11)与2-氨基噻唑(AT)复配对Q235钢在CO2饱和的5%NaCl腐蚀溶液中的协同缓蚀和吸附作用,并计算了它们的协同作用参数,Q235钢在它们存在下的腐蚀热力学、动力学参数。结果表明,IM-11和AT对碳钢均有一定的缓蚀作用,但其缓蚀率分别只有85%和70%,二者复配后缓蚀率大幅度提高,最佳值达到97.63%。IM-11和AT二者对Q235钢存在缓蚀协同作用。此外随着温度的升高,IM-11+AT复配物的缓蚀性能下降。IM-11及IM-11+AT复配物缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的吸附均为自发的放热过程,且遵从Langmuir吸附等温式。 The synergistic inhibition and adsorption effect of 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-lauryl-imidazoline(IM-11) and 2-aminothiazole(AT) for Q235 steel in 5% NaCl solution saturated with CO2 were investigated by mass loss method.The synergism parameters of IM-11 and AT and the corrosion thermodynamics and kinetics for Q235 steel were calculated.The results revealed that both IM-11 and AT had a moderate inhibitive effect on Q235 steel,however,the inhibition efficiency were only 85% and 70%,respectively.The inhibition performance was significantly improved,due to the incorporation of IM-11 with AT,with which the optimum inhibition efficiency for Q235 steel in 5% NaCl solution saturated with CO2 was up to 97.63%.The synergism parameters combined with corrosion thermodynamics and kinetics parameters all indicated that IM-11 and AT exhibited synergistic inhibition effect.The inhibition efficiency of IM-11+AT composite decreased as the system temperature increased.The adsorptions of IM-11 and IM-11+AT composite on Q235 steel both were spontaneous and exothermic processes,which followed Langmuir isotherm.
