摘要
以某石油化工炼油厂在用的燃烧器为研究对象,对燃烧器中燃烧道出口结构提出了3种改进方案,并应用CFD软件FLUENT对燃烧器结构改进前后的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟,得到了燃烧单元内速度、温度及组分分布等相关参数。结果表明,减小燃烧道出口截面积能有效地提高烟焰的射流影响,大幅增加燃烧单元内对流传热比例,燃烧器火焰稳定、刚劲有力,加热效果良好。在3种改进方案中,使用圆台形出口时燃烧器性能提升最为明显。
By taking a burner in use of a refinery as the research object,the outlet structure of precombustion chamber was improved with three schemes.Then numerical simulation of the combustion process was carried out and some related parameters were obtained,such as the velocity distribution,temperature distribution,component distribution and so on.The results showed that the jet-influence of flue gas was enhanced by reducing the sectional area of outlet,and the convective heat transfer ratio increased greatly.Among the improvement schemes,the truncated cone-shaped outlet was the best one for heating effect.
