[C_2OHMIM]^+Cl^-离子液体-水体系中纳米TiO_2的合成及光催化性能

Preparation of Nano-TiO_2 in the System of [C_2OHMIM]^+Cl^-—Water and Its Photocatalytic Performance

摘要 采用[C2OHMIM]+Cl-离子液体-水体系混合加热法制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂,应用XRD、SEM和UV-Vis手段对其进行了表征,考察了体系中[C2OHMIM]+Cl-质量分数、反应时间和反应温度对所制备的纳米TiO2的颗粒结构、形貌及光催化活性的影响。结果表明,由此法得到的TiO2均为金红石相,由纳米晶小颗粒堆积起来的球形颗粒组成。当[C2OHMIM]+Cl-质量分数为66.6%、反应温度150℃、反应时间24h时,制备所得TiO2的光催化活性好,对罗丹明B的降解率高达96%。 The nano-TiO2 was prepared in the system of ionic liquid [C2OHMIM]+Cl-and water by hydrothermal method,and characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis.The influences of various hydrothermal conditions,such as the mass fraction of [C2OHMIM]+Cl-,reaction temperature and reaction time,on the particle structure of nano-TiO2 were investigated.The results showed that the morphology of as-prepared TiO2 was rutile with the particle of sphere stacked by nano-crystalline.The photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 was high and the degradation rate of Rhodanmine B was 96% when catalyzed by the nano-TiO2 prepared under the conditions of [C2OHMIM]+Cl-mass fraction 66.6%,reaction temperature 150℃ and reaction time 24 h.
