摘要
提出了一种基于四叉树分割的分形图像编码的改进算法,通过调整父块与子块的误差来控制编码速度和解码质量。仿真实验表明,该算法有效地提高了图像编码的效率,具有可行性。
This paper presents a quadtree segmentation based on fractal image coding algorithm for improved. It controls the coding and decoding quality by adjusting the speed of the parent block and sub-block error. Simulations show that the algorithm effectively improves the image coding efficiency and has feasibility.
