基于BSC-物元模型的资产管理绩效评价研究

The Performance Evaluation of Assets Management Based on BSC and Fuzzy Matter Element Model

鉴于我国资产管理绩效评价存在一定局限,无法体现企业发展的长期战略,本文结合BSC理论和模糊物元分析法建立了资产管理绩效BSC-物元综合评价模型,并以我国东部某大油田下属三个采油厂为例验证了该评价方法的合理性。该方法是评价资产管理综合绩效水平的一种新思路,为改进完善我国企业资产管理状况提供了支持。

In view of the limitations of our assets management performance evaluation and its failure to match long-term development strategy,this paper builds assets management performance evaluation model based on BSC and fuzzy matter element model,and applies this model to three oil production plants of the oil field in the eastern area in China.The model provides a new idea for the performance evaluation of assets management and come up with the support for improving the condition of assets management.
