摘要
【方法】在长沙和贵阳两地进行田间试验,采用高效液相色谱技术定量分析50%烯啶虫胺可溶粉剂在水稻环境中的残留与消解动态,为水稻中烯啶虫胺的安全使用提供科学依据。【结果】烯啶虫胺在稻田水、土壤和植株中的半衰期分别为1.84-2.00、2.15-2.78、4.78~4.95d。[结论】在推荐使用剂量和最高使用剂量条件下,收获的糙米中烯啶虫胺的残留量均未检出。
[Methods] In order to provide scientific basis for the safe use of nitenpyram on rice, field trial were carried out in Changsha and Guiyang, degradation dynamics and final residue of nitenpyram 50% SP in rice field were studied by HPLC. [Results] Results showed that the half-life of nitenpyram were 1.84 to 2.00 days in water, 2.15 to 2.78 days in soil and 4.78 to 4.95 days in paddy respectively. [Conclusions] The final residue of nitenpyram were undetectable under the recommended dose and the highest dose respectively in the harvest unpolished rice.
