社会组织个体自律机制是社会组织管理制度的重要组成部分。它包含的内容主要有章程、法人地位问题以及内部运行机制等几个方面。目前,我国社会组织在个体自律机制方面存在着一些问题,解决这些问题是个长期的过程,必须从政府的适当扶持和社会组织自身努力"内外"两方面着手。

Self-discipline mechanism is an important part of the social organizations＇ management system, its principal aspects are the main articles of association, legal status and internal operating mechanism. At present, there are some problems in the Chinese social organizations＂ self-discipline mechanism, to solve these problems is a long process, the appropriate support from the government and social organizations＇ own efforts may be the two aspects of solution.
