通过评估促进行业协会(含商会)的健康发展,是社会管理创新的重要内容。政府是评估的发起者和组织者,更是评估的实施者、推动者和监管者。评估的实践经验表明:离开了政府领导,我国行业协会的评估工作将难有作为。因此,政府领导对评估给力不足,应引起高度的重视并着手加以改进。

Promote the healthy development of industrial association（including chambers of commerce） through evaluation, is an important part of innovation in social management. Government is the sponsors and organizers, but also the perpetrators, facilitators and regulators of industrial association evaluation. The practical experience of evaluation shows that, evaluation of Chinese industrial association will not prosper without government-led. Therefore, government should pay serious attention and begin to improve the evaluation.
