高校图书馆流通服务中对违章读者的经济处理关系到图书馆及读者的切身利益,所以必须认真对待。文章论述了其必要性并对现行标准的合理性进行了调查分析,提出了完善相关制度、使之便于操作的办法。

Imposing forfeits on the readers who violent.the regulations of the library is directly related to the immediate concern to the library and to the immediate interest of the readers, so close attention should be paid to such matters. This article expound the necessity of the practice above-mentioned and makes an investigation of the rationality of the present standards, and advances some methods to better the relevant systems so as to make the systems easier and more practicable.
