Combineing the valence bond theory with the crystal field theory and molecular orbital theorf of complexes, the u- nification field theory to research the structure of complexes is put forward. And this theory is better for a research the strucrure of complexes, explain and predict more completely about the properties of spectrum, magnetism, stability, space con- figuration and configurationall mutation.
