无溶剂条件下有效合成2,3-二氢-4(1H)-喹唑啉酮衍生物

An efficient synthesis of 2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinone derivatives under solvent-free condition

摘要 以靛红酸酐、芳醛和芳胺为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,在无溶剂条件下加热反应,有效地合成2,3-二氢-4(1 H)-喹唑啉酮衍生物.研究表明,芳醛的环上无论是吸电子基(如卤原子),还是给电子基(如甲基或甲氧基),对反应都没有明显的影响,产物的产率较高,在81%~93%之间.与已有的合成方法相比,本方法具有反应时间短、条件温和、处理简单和环境友好等优点. An efficient method for the preparation of 2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinazolinone derivatives by the one-pot reaction of isatiocanhydride,aromatic aldehydes,aromatic amine,in the presence of sodium hydroxide under solvent-free condition is reported.In this study,it is found that,neither bearing electron-withdrawing groups(such as halide) nor electron-donating groups(such as methyl group and methoxyl group) at the rings of aromatic aldehydes have significant effect on this reaction,and the products were gained with high yields(about 81%~93%).This method has the advantages of excellent yields,mild reaction conditions,easy work-up,and environmentally friendly procedure.
