我国居家养老住宅套型设计研究

Research about the residential unit design for the aged based on taking care at home in China

居家养老作为我国现阶段大力推行的养老方式,使得对居家养老型住宅设计的研究成为建筑设计领域面临的必然问题.在分析老年人对居住空间特殊需求的基础上,通过对老年家庭结构下的居住模式的分类和研究,归纳出了居家养老居住模式的特征,提出了适合我国国情的、满足居家养老需求的独居型、同住型、邻居型和分而不离型4种主要的居住模式和套型分类.在此基础上,设计出与之对应的住宅套型图,并进行了分析和说明.

Home-care as a vigorous way of endowment at present in China has made the research about the home-care residential unit design an inevitable problem in the field of architecture design.On the foundation of the discussion about the special needs for inhabited space of the aged,according to the classification and research on inhabitancy patterns of China＇s aged family structure,the paper has summarized the characteristics of them,and proposed four main patterns： to lives alone,to live together,to live neighborly and to live dividually but not separately,which are suitable for China＇s national conditions and meet the needs of home-care for the aged.On this foundation,the paper has designed some residential unit types with analyzing and interpreting.
