运动训练理论与实践相矛盾几个问题的商榷

Discussion on Contradiction of Competitive Sports Training and Theory

主要运用文献资料法,对运动训练的内容进行了全面论证。结果表明,运动训练教材的指导性与其实践的背离性、运动训练方法的科学性与其实效的脱离性、运动训练体系的完整性与其实际的隔离性,以期引发对运动训练的重视和重新认识。

By the method of literature, this paper is to demonstrate the content of competitive sports training wholly. The con- clusion shows in the unbalance of sports training; the sports training guidance materials departing from its practice; the scien- tific sports training methods separating from their effectiveness ; sports training system integrity isolating its actual. We should pay more attention and recognition for sports training; the purpose of the paper is to provide some basis for reference theory.
