摘要
地籍调查是地政管理重要工作环节,根据地籍调查业务流程,建立OA办公系统,系统地管理和组织各种地籍调查数据,控制地籍工作任务的整个处理过程,引导任务的参与者按照已定义的规则来协同完成整个工作业务,对于系统地组织地籍调查工作具有重要的现实意义。本文从工作实际出发,理清地籍调查的业务流程,进行系统分析,在此基础上设计OA系统功能模块,搭建系统构架。最终,希望通过面向地籍业务流程的地籍OA系统的建设,推动地籍调查工作进入业务流程化、办公自动化、管理信息化的阶段。
Cadastral investigation is an very important basic work in the administration of land resources. The Office Automation （OA） system that was built for the business process of Cadastral Investigation can systematically organize and manage the survey date, control the whole workflow of daily work, lead the staff members into well-defined roles, carry out these tasks according to the rules on co-operation. It makes an important practical sense that standardizing the cadastral investigation procedure. In this paper, the cadastral workflow was analyzed step by step. and then the OA system was put forward. Finally, this cadastral OA system will drive land management work into the stage of office automation, business process and management informationization.
