摘要
本试验选取四川茶区33个地方茶树资源作为供试材料,取其春梢1芽2叶蒸青固样,进行儿茶素总量、EGCG及主要生化成分含量等分析,以期发现EGCG含量高的茶树品种。结果表明,参试材料蒙山11号、N-2、N-3、N-4、N-5、N-6和花秋1号的EGCG含量≥9.0%,具有生产高EGCG茶的物质基础。
Biochemical components including catechins,EGCG and other main contents in the one bud and two leaves of 33 tea materials from Sichuan in spring shoots were analyzed.The results showed that'Mengshan11',N-2,N-3,N-4,N-5,N-6 and 'Huaqiu1' had the character of high content of EGCG(9.0%),which had the base of producing tea with high content of EGCG.
