摘要
为提高马铃薯种质试管苗保存质量,研究了植物生长延缓剂B9在不同浓度范围(10~60 mg/L)对费乌瑞它试管苗株高、叶数、可用节数和成活率的影响。结果表明:B9对马铃薯试管苗的生长有抑制作用;B9浓度40 mg/L可明显延长试管苗的保存时间,使培养234 d的试管苗成活率仍能达到90%,且不影响试管苗继代。结论:用40 mg/L的B9保存马铃薯种质试管苗,可减少试管苗转接次数,降低污染比例,节约人力、物力。
The effects of B9 on their growth indexes of Favorite,such as plant height,leaf number,number of useable stems and the survival rate were studied to improve the quality of test-tube plantlets during the storage time. The results showed that B9 could inhibit the growth of the test-tube plantlets;When the concentration of B9 was 40 mg/L,The storage period of the test-tube plantlets could be extended obviously and the survival rate was up to 90 %(CK 0 %) after cultured for 234 days while the multiplication culture was not affected.Moreover,the subculture times and the pollution rate of the test-tube plantlets could be reduced and the labor power and the material resources could be saved.
