摘要
铝诱导根系分泌有机酸是酸性土壤中植物抵御铝毒害的重要机制,但拟南芥根系在铝胁迫下分泌有机酸的研究鲜有报道。文章设计了一种适合拟南芥根系分泌物研究的微型系统,研究了铝胁迫下拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana Columbia)根系苹果酸的分泌特点。结果表明,建立的拟南芥根系分泌物研究微型系统,能获得长势相对一致的植株和发达的根系,铝能诱导拟南芥根系分泌苹果酸,且分泌量随铝浓度(0,25,50μmol.L-1)的升高和铝处理时间(2,4,8,12,20 h)的延长而增加;铝处理4 h后苹果酸分泌才显著高于对照,说明拟南芥以模式II分泌苹果酸。
Aluminum(Al)-induced secretion of organic acids from roots was an important mechanism for Al de-toxicity in plants in acid soil,however,the Al-induced secretion of organic acids had not been reported in Abrabidopsis thaliana.A microsystem was designed for the study of Abrabidopsis thaliana on the secretion of malate,and the feature of secretion of malate in roots of Abrabidopsis thaliana under Al stress was studied.The results showed that the system,in which the plants growed uniformly with strong roots,was suitable for use on the study of exudates in Abrabidopsis thaliana.In this system,malate was secreted from roots of Arabidopsis thaliana under Al stress.The amount of malate secreted was increased with the increased A1 concentration(0,25,50 μmol·L-1 AlCl3)and the period(2,4,8,12,20 h) of treatment with A1.Aluminum could not induce the secretion of malate until 4 h after the treatment with Al,which suggested that malate was secreted under pattern II from roots in Arabidopsis thaliana under Al stress.
