“高原明珠”绿茶对自发性高血压大鼠血压、心肌超微结构及血管紧张素Ⅱ含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步研究茶与健康的关系,初步探讨了"高原明珠"拼配绿茶对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量及其左心室组织超微结构的影响。结果表明:"高原明珠"拼配绿茶能显著降低SHR大鼠的血压和血浆AngⅡ含量,改善左心室的线粒体和肌原纤维的超微结构。"高原明珠"拼配绿茶具有减肥、保护心脏及降血压等生理保健功能。 Effects of 'Plateau Bright Pearl'green tea on blood pressure,myocardial microstructure and level of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(ang Ⅱ) in spontaneous hypertensive rats were studied to further study the relationship between tea and health.The results showed that 'Plateau Bright Pearl'green tea could significantly decrease blood pressure and level of plasma angiotensin II(ang Ⅱ) in spontaneous hypertensive rats and perfect ultra structures of left ventricular mitochondrion and myofibrillae.It was considered that 'Plateau Bright Pearl' green tea has many physiological health functions,such as losing weight,protecting the heart and lowering blood pressure,etc.
