煤气化合成气流量对平板式固体氧化物燃料电池性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of syngas flow rate on the performance of solid oxide fuel cell

摘要 利用全三维计算模型,通过改变燃料质量流量,对固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)内部温度场、组分分布、过电势、输出电压以及功率密度等性能参数进行计算。从计算结果可以看出,在固定电流密度情况下,SOFC内部温度随着燃料流量的增加几乎呈线性递减,并且氢气消耗速率高于一氧化碳消耗速率,同时SOFC输出电压也随之增加,但增幅逐渐递减。通过改变电流密度,得到不同燃料流量下的最优功率密度点,最优功率密度随着质量流量的增加呈近似线性变化,但是总能量效率却明显下降。 The performances of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) such as temperature,distribution of species,activation overpotential,carbon formation,output voltage and power density were investigated with the variation of fuel flow rate.From the result,the lower temperature is obtained with the increment of fuel flow rate.And the changes of species are slowdown as well.With the variation of current density,the optimal power densities under different fuel flow rate are obtained.The change of optimal power density is nearly linear with the increment of fuel flow rate,but the energy efficiency reduces obviously.
