卵形鲳鲹养殖群体与野生群体遗传多样性的AFLP分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用AFLP技术对北部湾卵形鲳鲹野生群体和养殖群体进行遗传多样性分析和比较,可为卵形鲳鲹种质优化提供基础依据。研究采用10对引物组合在2个群体中共扩增出513个位点,其中多态位点数为133个,占总位点数的25.93%,两个群体平均多态位点比率为23.59%和18.32%,遗传多样性相对贫乏。养殖群体中低频位点明显减少而隐性纯合基因位点显著增加表明养殖群体丢失了低频基因。群体遗传结构分析表明,两群体间的遗传距离比较小,群体遗传结构相似。 The genetic diversity of wild and cultured populations of Trachinotus ovatus were analyzed and compared using AFLP method,which could provid much basic data for germplasm improvement of Trachinotus ovatus.A total of 513 loci were generated with 10 pairs of primer combinations,of which 133(25.93 %)were polymorphic loci.The proportion of polymorphic loci of wild and cultured populations were 23.59 % and 18.32 %,respectively,which showed that the two populations were at low level of genetic diversity.The noticeable decrease in the number of rare loci and the increase in the number of homozygous recessive loci in the cultured population suggested a considerable loss of rare alleles in the cultured population.Population genetic structure analysis showed that the genetic distance between the two populations was relatively small,and the two populations had similar population genetic structure.
