摘要
通过研究不同浓度草木灰的培养基对尖顶羊肚菌菌丝和菌核形成进行试验。结果表明:在6个配方中,当草木灰浓度为20 g/L时,尖顶羊肚菌菌丝及菌核无论是在数量上还是质量上都最为适宜。
The experiments were done by investigating different concentrations of plant ash on the mycelium growth and sclerotia formation of Morchella conica.The results showed that in the six formulations,both the Morchella conica mycelium and sclerotia were the most appropriate in quantity and quality when the plant ash concentration was 20 g/L.
