摘要
通过对16MND5钢特厚带法兰封头锻件进行化学成分调整,通过优化的热工艺方案,并利用专用淬火辅具等工艺,生产特厚异型带法兰封头锻件。检验结果表明,该特厚异型锻件获得了均匀一致的力学性能。
The steel forgings for extra-thick complicated pressure vessel heads can be produced by the means of adjusting the chemical composition, optimizing heat treatment cycle and using special quenching tools. Tile test result turnS out that the steel forgings have homogeneous mechanical properties.
