摘要
通过低倍酸洗和扫描电镜断口分析等检测手段,对一根材质为34CrMo1钢主轴白点的产生原因、形成机理和预防措施等进行较为系统的分析和讨论。指出只有通过双真空或在α-Fe的最高温度内进行保温处理,将氢含量控制在不产生白点的最小极限值2 cm3/100 g以下以及减少因各类偏析所产生的组织应力,才能达到既可防止产生白点又能提升产品质量的双重目的。
The cause and formation of flakes in a 34CrMol steel spindle are studied by the means of pickling the spindle a scanning the fracture on it with low-power SEMs in the paper. Based on that, a measure is put fi)rward to prevent t generation of flakes in steel spindles, that is to carry out the soaking treatment with double vacuum technique or below t highest permissive tempelrature of a.Fe to control the content of hydrogen below the minimum limit value of 2 cm^3/100 g avoid the generation of flakes and eliminate the structrual stress cased by various segregation, which can only only prew flakes from generating in steel spindles but also improve the quality of products.
