摘要
水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注在CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道结构的施工中有着举足轻重的作用,其灌注质量对高速铁路的平顺性与稳定性以及耐久性起着至关重要的作用。由于灌注质量受到水泥乳化沥青砂浆的性能、灌注速度、预湿状况、封边工艺以及环境温湿度等各种因素的影响,灌注质量往往难以得到保证。该文在总结京沪高铁线外水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注揭板试验的基础上,探讨了高速铁路CRTSⅡ型板灌注的关键工序,对常见的水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注质量问题进行了分析,探索出确保水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注质量的技术方法。
The filling of cement and asphalt mortar(short for CA mortar) played an important role in the CRTS Ⅱ slab track structure and its filling quality had a great influence on the comfort and stability of high-speed railway.However,the filling quality was influenced not only by performance of CA mortar but also the multi-factors like pre-wetting condition,edging sealing,filling speed,ambient humidity.The filling quality was hard to be guaranteed for the complicated factors.Based on the filling experiments for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,this paper investigated the key working processes and analyzed the common filling problems.
