摘要
利用墙体耐候性热雨试验箱,对比研究了8种混凝土的强度、扩散系数、电通量及钢筋锈蚀情况。实验结果表明,热雨试验能较好反映各混凝土的耐久性能;阻锈剂的掺入降低混凝土内钢筋的腐蚀电位,但降低混凝土强度,降低抗渗性;粉煤灰的替代掺入降低了混凝土早中期强度,但可提高后期强度,提高抗渗性,降低钢筋腐蚀电位;渗透结晶材料对混凝土强度影响不大,但提高密实度,降低抗渗性,降低钢筋腐蚀电位。
Compared with 8 kinds of concrete,the compression strengths,diffusion coefficients,electrical fluxes and the free corrosion potentials of steel were studied by using weathering resistance test box.The results showed that weathering resistance test box could be a good response to the durability of concrete.The adding of corrosion inhibitor could reduce the corrosion potential of steel in concrete,but reduce the compression strength of concrete,and decrease its impermeability.The adding of fly ash could reduce the compression strength of concrete of early age,but increase compression strength of later age,improve its impermeability and reduce the corrosion potential of steel in concrete.The adding of capillary crystalline material had little effect on the strength of concrete,but enhanced its dense degree,improved its impermeability,and reduced the corrosion potential of steel in concrete.
