基于回转窑筒体与托轮轴线的回转窑调整

摘要 在现有回转窑回转中心测量法的基础上,设计了回转窑筒体运行轴线测量的测量装置,提出了回转窑筒体运行轴线的检测方法,该方法能够通过计算各轮带支承处筒体瞬时回转中心相对理论回转中心在各坐标轴上的最大偏差值,从而更全面地衡量回转窑运行一周过程中,各档支承偏离理论支承的情况,更好地指导回转窑的调整。此外,给出了托轮轴线的测量方法,结合筒体和托轮轴线的测量,以一实例说明了回转窑的调整方法。 The measuring equipment of operating axes of kiln shell was designed based on the rotary center measuring method proposed before and the measuring process was given.The proposed measuring process gives the maximal deviation value between instantaneous and theoretical rotary center of every support so as to evaluate comprehensively the operating status of rotary kiln and to instruct the adjustment of rotary kiln.Meanwhile,the measuring method of roller axes was listed and an example was given to illuminate the effectiveness of combining the given measuring method of shell and roller axes.
