浅析低碳概念的绿色饭店运营 被引量:1

摘要 饭店作为旅游业的核心产业之一,其好坏直接关系到旅游业的健康良性发展。从饭店的环境管理工作角度上讲,创建低碳运营的"绿色饭店"是可持续发展的明智选择。本文概述了饭店业的低碳概念,分析了目前国内外的绿色饭店发展状况,重点阐述了我国饭店低碳理念的运营和实施方案。
