本文基于美国AB公司SLC500系列PLC设计固化段调度及温控系统,实现了立式电泳线固化段的自动化生产,实际应用表明该系统可以保证固化工艺的生产高效、运行安全和控制精确。

This paper designs a scheduling and Temperature control system of curing oven based on SLC500 PLC of U.S.AB and it can realize the automatic production of the aluminum profile production line.The application shows that the system can guarantee the efficient production,safe operation and precise control.
