摘要
本文介绍了450高炉由于矿种种类多使程序料单无法设置,以及中心抽焦完全靠岗位手动操作控制难题的解决方案,使450高炉具备吃多矿杂种的能力,实现中心抽焦自动配料及布料功能。
Originaaly the ore list could not be setup in the program because of too many kinds of ores,and it depended on labor forces to place the coke at the center in the 450 blast furnaces.This article introduces the solution to the problems,which meets the requirement of multiple ore list and realizes burdening and discharging of coke at the center automatically.
