摘要 实验观察了20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃等不同水温条件下鳉鱼的产卵情况,结果表明水温26℃条件下,鳉鱼的日均产卵量最大,受精率最高,26℃是鳉鱼产卵的最佳水温;实验设置了10种不同的雌雄鱼配组方式,结果发现1♂+1♀组、2♂+1♀组、4♂+1♀组的雌雄鱼配组方式雌鱼产卵量最大且受精率最高,是鳉鱼产卵的最佳配组方式;25~26℃条件下,实验对3批次种鱼分别进行了连续20周产卵情况观察,结果认为第15至17周,鳉鱼的产卵量最大,日均产卵量达20~30粒/尾。 The artificial propagation test was done under the different temperatures of 20℃, 23℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃ and 32 ℃. The results showed that under the conditions of 26 ℃, the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, and the fertilization rate was the highest. 26℃ is the best temperature for Nothobranchius Guentheri reproduction. Ten mating patterns of broodstock were studied during the breeding, we found that when the mating patterns were 4 ♂ + 1♀, 2 ♂ + 1 ♀ and 1 ♂+ 1 ♀ , the daily fecundity were higher, and the fertilization rate were also higher. 4 ♂ + 1 ♀ , 2 ♂ + 1 ♀ and 1 ♂ + 1 ♀ were the best mating patterns for Nothobranchius Guentheri production; we also observed the spawning period of three batches of broodstock for 20 weeds under 25 ~26℃, it showed that duringl5 to 17 weeks, the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the lar- gest, the daily fecundity was 20 to 30eggs/individual.
