摘要
目的:以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)K100M和聚维酮PVPK30为骨架材料,以硝苯地平为模型药物,研制具有良好缓释特性的亲水凝胶骨架片。方法:采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)K100M和聚维酮PVPK30为骨架材料,通过正交设计制备亲水凝胶骨架片,测定其体外释放行为,考察其释药机制。结果:该工艺制备的亲水凝胶骨架片24h释放行为符合Higuchi数学模型,释药符合扩散与溶蚀机制。结论:采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)K100M和聚维酮PVPK30为骨架材料可以制备硝苯地平亲水凝胶骨架片。
Objective: the Nefidipine hydrophilic matrix sustained release tablets were prepared using the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) K100M and povidone PVPK30 as skeleton materials to get good sustained release profile.Methods: the orthogonal design method was used to optimize the preparation of the Nefidipine hydrophilic matrix sustained release tablets and the in vitro release profile and release mechanism were determined.Results:The release profile of the prepared hydrophilic matrix tablets was consistent with Higuchi model and the release mechanism was in accord with diffusion and dissolution mechanisms.Conclusion: The hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) K100M and PVPK30 can be used to prepared nifedipine hydrophilic matrix tablets.
