药物的检测方法多种多样,顶空气相色谱法是一种对芳香类中药进行品质鉴定的快速而简便的分析方法,尤其适用于那些以所含有效芳香成分多少作为质量评价标准的中药。结合实际案例,探讨顶空气相色谱法在药物检测中的实际操作应用。
Drug and testing various ways headspace gas chromatography is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine of aromatic quality appraisal fast and simple analysis method,it is especially suitable for those to contain the effective balmy composition how much as quality evaluation standard of TCM.This paper is combining with actual cases,talk about headspace chromatography in drug testing heavy actual operation applications.
