变频空压机在采矿凿岩机中的应用

摘要 目前国内小型采矿厂凿岩机空压机控制系统一般采用多台空压机并联运行,根据采掘面的工作数量以人工方式启动不同数量的空压机。缺点是控制精确度低,很难满足工作要求。本文针对采矿厂凿岩机空压机的特点采用变频自动控制方法,根据采掘面的用气量,自动控制空压机的工作数量及工作频率,不但控制精确度高,而且能够节约能源并提高空压机的工作效率。经过近一年的运行,能耗降低22%,故障率降低80%,凿岩机运行效率提高21%。 The inland small air compression automatic control system of mining stations rock drilling machine is usually adopted several air compressor working in parallel. On the basis of the amount of work excavation, start the different number of air compressor by manual type. The disadvantage is the low accuracy of control, which is difficult to satisfy job requirement. Air compression automatic control method of mining stations rock drilling machine is discussed hear. This control method controls the working number and frequency of air compressor automatically according to the steam consumption of excavate surface. It can impress the accuracy of control, reduce the consumption of energy and impress efficiency of air compression operations. After nearly one-year operation, energy consumption reduced 22%, failure rate re- duction 80% and operational efficiency of rock drilling machine impressed 21%.
