遂宁市在成渝经济区的定位与发展思路探讨——基于城市综合竞争力的对比分析

Investigation of SuiNing city's the position and development idea in the ChengDu-Chongqing Economic Zone ——based on the comparative analysis of City's overall competitiveness

一个城市的区域定位,不是单凭其经济实力,也不是单凭其工业、交通、区位、金融等某些方面的实力,而是以该城市的城市综合竞争力为依据的。用多指标综合评价法对成渝经济区中等城市的城市综合竞争力进行对比分析,并从区位、交通、能源、特色产业、环境等方面深入挖掘遂宁市城市发展的特色与优势,重新对遂宁市进行较为明确的定位。通过研究发现,建设有遂宁特色的现代产业高地,就是要坚持绿色发展战略,走"文旅突破、以商促工"的服务产业赶超之路;就是要大力发展现代服务业,如休闲旅游业、文化产业、现代物流业,创新发展现代金融业。

The city＇s zone position,not simply its economic strength,nor simply the industrial,transportation,location,financial strength of certain aspects,but based on the City＇s overall competitiveness.In this paper,multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is used to comparative analysis the medium-sized city of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone＇s overall competitiveness.Then,from location,transportation,energy,specialized industry,environment,dig the characteristics and advantage deeply in the SuiNing urban development.On this basis,make position of SuiNing more clearly.Finally,do exploring more ideas deeply to the development of Suining City.
